Our Story

Five Annotators

Dehradun, India. Late 2022.

A generation of skilled workers was stranded in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities after the pandemic.
Our founders saw an arbitrage: sharp, trainable minds in places where fair salaries meant you could live well, stay close to family, and still build a career.
We started with five annotators, one client, and one rented office. No venture playbook, no shortcuts-just an obsession with quality and a promise that if we did the hard, boring work better than anyone else, the results would compound on their own.
